GoFinAImatic uses the information you choose to provide to review and respond to your project application.

Project applications

We store your name, email, company (if supplied), project preferences, and description in our database. Applications are accessible through a protected admin dashboard. We use them to discuss your project and manage the resulting business relationship.

Business outreach

We may import published company and business contact information from Google Maps scraper results, WLW supplier records, the Norwegian Brønnøysund register, or lists provided by the site owner. We retain source information and review contacts before outreach. Email messages are sent through Winnr; the selected recipient, subject, and message are shared with that provider. Our records include message content and send results.

You can stop outreach using the unsubscribe link in an email. We keep a minimal suppression record to prevent sending to the same address again. These records and outreach history are retained until manually removed by the site owner. We do not use tracking pixels in these campaign messages.

Optional analytics

When you allow analytics, we create a random visitor identifier and record page visits, the referring website’s domain, campaign tags, device category, named button clicks, and active visible time. Your IP address is not stored in the analytics database. If you submit an application with analytics enabled, your visit may be linked to that application in our admin dashboard.

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after analytics consent and only when configured. We send named interaction events and a lead event; we do not send your application fields, email, name, project description, or our visitor identifier to Google Analytics. Page URLs are sent without query strings. Google processes technical analytics data under its own policies.

Cookies and storage

An essential security cookie protects forms. Optional visitor identification expires after 90 days. Your analytics preference is stored in your browser for six months. You can change that preference using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Declining analytics prevents further optional measurement; existing records are retained until their scheduled deletion.

Retention and requests

Individual visits and click events are deleted after 90 days by the scheduled cleanup. Project applications remain until the business relationship no longer requires them or you request deletion. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us through the project form, indicate that it’s a privacy request, and use the email associated with your application.
